Sasha has 19 years of experience in environmental consulting, including permitting infrastructure projects in aquatic environments. She leads local, state, and federal in-water and shoreline projects, Endangered Species Act and Marine Mammal Protection Act consultations, marine mammal and hydroacoustic monitoring, and SCUBA surveys. She has led or contributed to in-water and shoreline projects permitting for projects in Washington, working with clients that include private land-owners and developers; Ports of Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, Bellingham, Anacortes, and Chinook; the Washington Public Ports Association (WPPA), and Washington State Parks. She routinely consults on maritime/industrial and cruise/cargo redevelopment projects, recreational facility replacement projects, and restoration projects.
