Benn has over 30 years of experience as a technical lead and project manager providing environmental documentation and permitting support services for transportation, including transit and roadway, fish passage, and water and wastewater infrastructure. Benn’s work has focused on large multiphase projects with complex and interrelated federal, state, and local permitting. He has experience working on large project teams from project planning through design, implementation, and post-implementation compliance monitoring. Benn’s experience includes managing groups of up to 50+ scientists, planners, engineers, and cultural resources professionals. He has demonstrated success in operational leadership, business planning, and staff development and mentoring.
