Charlie supports land development and restoration projects for private clients and public agencies. She performs wetland delineations, water quality monitoring, mitigation monitoring, fish health monitoring, and GIS analysis. Charlie is familiar with local, state, and federal environmental policies and regulations, and she routinely conducts regulatory research and prepares documentation to meet local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
