Diana is integral to Confluence’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control process, providing editing for our project deliverables. Diana also assists the Marketing Team with proposal preparation. Diana is extremely responsive and dedicated to high-quality documents. She continuously strives to improve QA/QC efficiency of both technical and marketing deliverables by developing templates that are smarter and easier to use. She also holds writing workshops for staff.
