Adam brings over 20 years of professional experience in both the public and private sectors and has consulted on a variety of interdisciplinary projects including complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects. Adam has authored Shoreline Master Program regulations, critical areas regulations, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)/State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) compliance documents. He has also conducted hundreds of wetland and stream assessments throughout Washington State and regularly assists clients with Endangered Species Act compliance, Clean Water Act Section 401/404 permits, Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife Hydraulic Project Approval, and local shoreline and critical areas regulations compliance. Through his previous position with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Adam has extensive experience developing NEPA documents and leading environmental permitting and consultation efforts for airport improvement projects.
